Monthly Rental Acknowledgement, Payment Confirmation & Key Code Agreement
This Rental Acknowledgement and Payment Agreement is entered into between
TheApartmentRow and the undersigned renter.
By signing this document, the Renter confirms full understanding and legal acceptance
of all terms, rules, and conditions stated herein.

2. Rental Term & Occupancy
This is a MONTHLY rental. Visitors are allowed.
Pets, subletting, excessive noise, or any disturbance to the neighborhood
are strictly prohibited.
3. Utilities & Cleaning
- All utilities are included in the rent.
- Cleaning is fully handled by TheApartmentRow.
4. Payment Policy
Full payment must be completed and confirmed before move-in access is granted.
Late payment is strictly NOT allowed.

5. Key Code Issuance & Authorization
The access key code is unique per renter and must remain confidential.
The key code shall ONLY be filled into this document by an authorized
TheApartmentRow agent after confirmed payment and signed agreement.

6. Property Rules
- Smoking is allowed.
- Noise disturbance is NOT allowed.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Subletting is NOT allowed.
7. Property Damage & Legal Responsibility
The renter accepts full responsibility for any damages caused during occupancy.
All damages will be charged accordingly.
Failure to settle damage charges may result in legal action and court proceedings.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds apply ONLY if the apartment does not match the exact description or condition
shown online upon arrival. No refunds apply once the property matches its representation.
9. Attestation
By signing below, the renter confirms that all information is accurate and agrees
to be legally bound by this Agreement.
